About AZ Mobile Medical Group

About us:

AZ Mobile Medical Group was founded in 2019 by a group of healthcare professionals with the desire to provide quality care for patients in the comfort of their own homes or care facility. Founders of MMG saw the future of medicine quickly moving directly into the community rather than hospitals. We are a dynamic team that is passionate about our standard of care and dedicated to improving the quality of life for those we serve and employ. AZMMG has offices that extend from Southern California to Arizona.

What to Expect:

Our comprehensive medical team is made up of Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants and Nurses.

We offer house calls Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. Simply schedule an appointment via our appointment scheduler and one of our MA’s will be in contact with you shortly to gather patient history, verify insurance and schedule your appointment.

After visits we will follow up with the patient and their families or facility to ensure all needs are met.

Our patients are family to us. We are devoted to providing the highest quality comprehensive care to our patients for the rest of their lives.
